Pictured here are 8 individual objects I have chosen as my favorite things.
iPad
This is where I make most of my illustrated works on Procreate. I'm always drawing, it's how I keep myself awake. I don't really use it for much else other than research and Minecraft.
Apple Pencil
This is the stylus I use to illustrate. I hate losing it. The thing has a knack for hiding amongst my sheets and evaporating into thin air, but when I find it I am reminded of how much I appreciate it. Never thought I would be so grateful of a stick.
Tomato Pin Cushion
I have always loved these, not sure why. My grandma has them. I immediately organized it by color for some reason.
Masculine Figurine
I tend to use this one slightly more, though I wish there was a more noodly one to more accurately depict my male characters’ body types. They usually are not very built.
Feminine Figurine
I should probably use it more. Her proportions are more intentionally anime as well, and I prefer something a little more accurate, but sometimes she works fine for what I need.
Glasses
I am one with my glasses. I would never get LASIK eye surgery just because I enjoy wearing my glasses so much.
Game Controller
I play some games, my favorites are mostly Nintendo, but I have recently gotten into some PlayStation games. My top 3 favorites are The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Stellar Blade, and Minecraft.
Needle-Felt Nathaniel
I needle felt. Pictured is actually the first project I did using needle felting. I chose a character of mine I made up first. He is introverted, cryptic, a witch. Some people find him threatening, others just think he is weird, but he has a heart of gold and stands by his values...his face just doesn't really show it.
Irrelevant fun fact: the floor is a Japanese tatami mat.
